Many features have been added. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Included with lil' Bertha is a rooftop antenna worth $225L, free hangar lights and a free BSA Weather Station.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; "&gt;Menu Controlled&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The options are as follows:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ACCESS - This allows the owner to set who can operate the overhead and personel doors. Choices are Owner, Group, or All. Control of the doors is the only option allowed to those that are not the owner. Please note that when you rezz lil Bertha the group defaults to "none". If you set it to group without declaring a specific group anyone can operate the doors if they set there group to "none".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;REZZER - This allows you to rez six overhead lights inside the hangar and an antenna on the roof. The lights automatically detect night and day and turn on and off accordingly. The lights are copyable. The antenna is no copy. Becareful not to delete it once it is rezzed. A JSA version of the antenna apart from the hangar sells for $225L. The Blue Sky version is being offered for free because as a promotional tool for Blue Sky Aviation. Any one who clicks on it will be given a link go the Blue Sky Blog. If you perfer an antenna without this subtle promotional feature you may wish to purchase the JSA version. Also included is our BSA Free Weather Station. This weather station does not provide actual weather information. It is simply for display. A notecard with details has been provided.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BSA Blog - This will take you to the Blue Sky Blog&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Colors - This will allow you to change the color band around the hangar. Your choices are Blue, Brown, Green, Grey, Maroon, and Yellow&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Windows - This sets the windows in the front and rear of the hangar to one of three states. They are, Closed, Translucent and Clear.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ramp - The ramp in front of the hangar can be retracted and extended with this button.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Open - This opens the overhead doors&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Close - This closes the overhead doors&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The personel door is controled by touching on it. You must be within 20 meters of the door for it to open. The door is auto closing after 40 seconds.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DoorTimer - This determines if the overhead door closes by itself after two minutes or remains open until it is instructed to close.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The keypad between th small door and the large overhead door displays the Access level. There is a little light above the keypad that glows green or red depending on the status of the automatic overhead door.
